Service
- SC TrendWaves SRL provides Neatply to help you find remote-friendly roles, improve your CV, and apply on supported job sites.
- You confirm information you submit is truthful and that you are allowed to share it.
- We assist with applications; employers make hiring decisions. We do not guarantee interviews or offers.
Accounts
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Free applies are limited; paid plans unlock higher volume when available.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse free trials, scrape boards against their terms, or automate harmful traffic.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. Region-specific consumer terms (EU withdrawal, UK cancellation, US disclosures) are shown on Subscription and at Stripe checkout when billing launches.
Until self-serve billing ships, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled via the contact form — not by AI assistants in the app.
Applications & third parties
- We submit applications directly only where the employer allows it; otherwise we prepare email drafts or open the listing for you to finish.
- Job board and employer sites have their own terms — you must comply when applying.
- AI-generated suggestions are aids; you review and accept changes before they affect your CV.
Privacy & data
Our Privacy policy explains how we process personal data, your data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and how to export or delete your account.
Limitation
Neatply is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months (or zero for free accounts). Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
